Best experience. Each session leaves me calmer , focussed and mor energized.
I like to go Dt komal’s yoga classes, it’s very refreshing for whole day.I also like to do zumba n aerobics classes, it’s very nice way to start your day…I surely recommend Dt komal for your fitness journey 👍👍
Very good yoga classes, komal mam personally look after you and try to improve you daily. The daily schedule is different so you don’t get bored. Dilip sir your energy is fabulous.
My name is Chetna Desai my weight is 89 kg I have lots of problems like cholesterol, fatty liver and diabetis in border line. After joint komal Mam's personal training I loss 13 kg weight and solve all problems with help of diet and yoga . Thank you so much . Really too good highly recommend
I joined Yog Bulbul under the guidance of Komal ma’am, and within just 20 days I have experienced wonderful results. I joined yog bulbul before 10 days and I got excellent results. I had small joints pain with knee pain bcoz i diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis. But after doing yoga , relieved in pain without any pain medication. Thanku so much Komal mam.
